Thirty Days

30 Days of Domei. One practice each morning, delivered by email. Five minutes. One plant. Your full, voluntary attention.

Day 1: Find the nearest plant. Sit with it for five minutes as if you’ve never seen a plant before. Notice what draws your eye. Discover five things you’ve never seen before.

Day 5: Place your phone somewhere out of sight. Sit with the nearest living plant. Notice how your attention feels different without technology nearby.

Day 12: Find the most common plant around you — one you usually ignore. Give it your full attention until it becomes extraordinary.

Day 17: Find a solitary plant. Sit facing it at arm’s length. Don’t study or examine it. Simply be present, as you would with a friend in comfortable silence.

Day 27: Settle among plants without agenda. Bring no expectations or questions. Let your attention rest where it will. Notice what emerges when you drop all doing and simply be.

Thirty days. Not to transform. Not to connect with nature in some elevated sense.

Just to find out what happens when you stop visiting and start meeting what’s already there.

£14.95. That’s less than you’d spend on a single coffee-table book about nature that you’d look at once and shelve.

Philippa, who lives with chronic pain, wrote: “Taking these few minutes each day has helped focus my mind on the good and the serene. A truly lovely addition to my day.”

Julie wrote: “Five minutes became a treasured daily ritual and part of my life now.”

Susie, an NHS-trained mindfulness teacher, wrote: “Your daily messages were a beautiful reminder. They deepened my intuitive joy and sense of connection beyond words.”

I can’t promise this will change your life. I don’t make those kinds of promises. What I know is that something shifts when you stop rushing past what’s already there.

Quietly. But it’s real. And it’s yours.
